"This was our very first zipline and it was a great choice for us beginners. You start off very easy and progress to the 'big one'. I am very afraid of heights and pretty much turned white when I got to the very last line. I did it and was very happy I was able to do this. You will love Damien, one of the guides. You will have two guides. One guide will go first on each line and one stays behind until everyone has gone. My thanks to Andy for being an expert foot catcher on the last line. I would recommend this. One thing to prepare for. Hilo (pronounced HE-lo) is one of the wettest cities in the world for rain. Skyline prepares for this by having rain gear available for you. They even give you a bottle of water. One of the lines you get to have an apple banana - which are excellent! Book this. Have fun. The Big Island is a beautiful island to explore. "  - Jerry from MI

"I had a blast on this course. The course starts with a small line and works up to bigger and longer each consecutive line for a total of 7 lines. Each line has a name and a short story about the location. Some lines pass through taro fields, banana trees, etc. The last line is a 3000 ft line over a 250 waterfall for an amazing view. The staff was very friendly and focused on safety the whole time. Beginner or experienced, they take care of you and keep you safe and make sure you enjoy the trip. They were nice enough to snap some pictures for us on our own cameras. The office was very accomodating and friendly. We were given a company water bottle for the hike just in case we forgot to bring our own water. Souvenier shirts are available at the office. A van gets you from the office to the lines and back to the office afterwards. This was a great exerience and it is a "must" if you visit the Big Island. Many other waterfalls are close to this location as well for more scenic enjoyment after you finish the zipline. Repeat customer also earn a small discount on future reservations."  - David from MD

Our guides were top notch at safety, but it was their friendly, welcoming personalities that really made the trip special. Even the light rain that fell on us added to the experience! "I just moved to the Big Island (Honomu) and went on my first zipline experience on August 8, 2011. I went with my uncle (Mr. Ed from Mr. Ed's Bakery) and two cousins who were visiting the Island. We had such a fun time. It was really cool to go zipping over the #10 waterfall and the valleys. The guides were all top class instructors and very friendly. I had such a good experience, I want to go again. Like, right now!... It was really terrific.
